Working Dreams is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to serving Foster Care children, ages birth to 18 years, in Los Angeles County.

We have an annual Holiday Toy Event and Party and host over 1500 Foster Care Children.  These children are able to choose toys and clothing as holiday gifts. Working with other service agencies, we touch over 16,000 children yearly, during the holiday season, helping to make their Holidays happy!

In the Spring, we have our Prom Dress event.  Beautiful new prom gowns are donated from a major manufacturer and a large retailer. We have make-up palettes, gift cards from Payless, evening purses and professional make-up and hair artists to help Foster Care High School Junior and Senior Girls make their dreams come true for their special Prom day.  We dress over 350 girls at this event.

We added a third project in August, 2016.  We stuff and donate the backpacks to DCFS (Department of Children and Family Services) for the Foster Children in their respective areas. We have backpacks for primary grades and backpacks for the older kids!  It is a very successful yearly event.
