Prom Dress Event 2026

Day of Event:
Date- Saturday, March 21, 2026
Time- Volunteers, 9am until 4pm
Location- Faithful Central Bible Church

The girls will join us from 10:30am until 2:30pm on Saturday, March 21,2026.
Set-Up Day:
Date- Friday, March 20, 2026
Time- 12pm until 4pm
Location- Faithful Central Bible Church

Volunteers, we will be setting up the room, for the event, on Friday, March 20, 2026, from 12noon until 4pm, we are usually finished earlier than 4pm.
Because of the sensitive nature of this particular event, we are asking for female volunteers only, please.
All volunteers must register prior to the set-up on Friday and the event on Saturday.
We are unable to accommodate walk-in volunteers.
Social Workers, please sign up your girls, even if they do not need a prom gown.
We have short dresses that are appropriate for Graduation events and dressy occasions.
Even if your girls have a Prom Dress, please sign her up to get a special occasion
dressy dress or two!
Volunteer Registration:
We wish to thank our amazing and dedicated Prom Dress Event volunteers who make the day exciting and memorable for the Foster Girls. We love you and thank you for all that you do!
This year, we will need volunteers for the following:
Friday, March 20, 2026, from 12noon to 4pm
1. Place the rolling racks as they are delivered to the room.
2. Open boxes of new dresses, hang and size them.
3. Set up various tables with purses, jewelry and makeup palettes.
4. Place chairs in the waiting area.
Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 9am until 4pm
1. One on one with a Foster Girl as you take them shopping for their dress, help them determine their dress size, be there with them as they try on their dresses and remain with them until
they choose their perfect dress!
2. Help them with their purse and jewelry selections.
3. Make sure they get a makeup palette.

Volunteers must register by Tuesday, March 16, 2026, in order to volunteer.
Due to the sensitive nature of this event, we require female volunteers only, please.
We have sign-in sheets with all registered volunteer names. If you are not registered, you may not volunteer.
Social Worker Registration for Foster High School Girls:
Social Workers, please press on the RED button below that says, "Social Workers Registration for Foster Girls", to register your Foster Care High School aged girls for our Prom Dress Event 2026.
Please register your girls by Tuesday, March 17, 2026.
The Prom Dress Event is Saturday, March 21, 2026, between 10:30am and 2:30pm
The girls will receive a prom dress, or dressy dress (or 2!) event purse, makeup palette and jewelry.
